The Ghost of Clanyard Bay, Chapter 6: Crows
The Fable brand is built on storytelling, art and illustration. They aim to set the imagination free and open up the charming and romantic world of fine independent whiskies.
An independent bottler who is far from the ordinary, Fable bring legendary myths to life through arts and animation, showcasing hand selected single malts with distinctive taste and intriguing character.
Their first instalment dives into the legend of 'The Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay', a story hailing from the south west coast of Scotland, close to Stranraer.
Fable have collaborated with artist Hugo Cuellar to design the labels, characters and scenes, creating the enchanted world that forms a set of eleven chapter releases.
This is chapter 6/11, representing the cawing crows of Clanyard Bay. It is embodied by a 12 year old Blair Athol spirit, a classic Speysider with alluring fruity and floral notes.
