Sweet and soft with lots of fruit and acidity, lemon, mint, cinnamon, and green tea. Lemon cake and dried pineapple. With water added - lively mouthfeel, fresh green herbal notes, charred.
Green grapes, kiwi, cinnamon, fresh green apple skin. Short - medium length with a clean freshness.

This is chapter 2/11, of Fable Whisky's epic tale, the Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay. It represents the folk of Clanyard Bay and is embodied by this 7 year old Linkwood, a classic northern Speysider, full of character.
This ex-bourbon hogshead was bottled at a cask strength ABV of 59.1%, with zero chill filtration and no added colour... just the way we like it!
A refreshing Speyside spirit with a fruity floral punch and a kick of spice, a favourite among the folk of Clanyard!
