Sweet nectarines and peaches, with apple and wet grass. Raw marshmallows and zesty orange peel.

Canned peaches and vanilla custard. It shows it's age a little with some slight grainy, almost minty hues. The STR adds a layer of charred oak to the mix.

It's been matured in 65% STR red wine casks and 35% ex-bourbon barrels and every bottle is certified organic, made in Nc'Nean's verified carbon neutral distillery and bottled in a 100% recycled glass bottle.
