Un-peated this time, it's a 12 year old Craigmills, distilled at Glenglassaugh Distillery and FULLY MATURED in a single first-fill Tawny Port barrique.
A quaint little highland distillery, Glenglassaugh sits slap bang in the middle between Buckie and Banff, on Scotland's northern coast.
This particular Craigmills was distilled in 2011 and then immediately filled into a first fill Tawny Port barrique. 12 years later it was picked up by us, eager to get this delicious liquid into glass.
